1. Applicability
These terms and conditions apply to all quotations, agreements and work of GT Exclusive B.V. (Dutch Chamber of Commerce, KvK 89803353), established at Gunningweg 5-01, 8072 RB Nunspeet, the Netherlands.
2. Quotations and prices
Prices on the website are indicative consumer prices including VAT. The final price is fixed in a quotation after inspection of the vehicle and depends on the vehicle, its condition, material choice and the desired finish. A quotation is valid for 30 days.
3. Execution
GT Exclusive carries out the work in accordance with the standards of the trade, in its own studio and with the materials stated in the quotation. Additional work that proves necessary during execution is agreed with the client in advance.
4. Warranty
Materials (film, coating, paint, electronics) are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, under that manufacturer’s conditions. On installation, repair and finish, GT Exclusive provides its own warranty of 2 years, unless stated otherwise in the quotation. 5. Liability
GT Exclusive is insured against damage to vehicles that occurs during the work. Liability is limited to the amount paid out by the insurer, or otherwise to the invoice amount of the assignment concerned. Damage resulting from hidden defects, previous repairs or circumstances not disclosed is excluded.
6. Payment
Payment on delivery, by debit card or bank transfer, unless agreed otherwise. For projects above € 2,500 a deposit of 30% may be requested for the purchase of materials.
7. Cancellation
Cancellation up to 48 hours before the appointment is free of charge. After that, vehicle-specific materials already purchased (for example pre-cut PPF) may be charged.
8. Applicable law
Dutch law applies to all agreements. Disputes are submitted to the competent court in Gelderland.
