Which data we process and why
- Contact and quote form: name, telephone number, email address, make and model of the car, year of manufacture, chosen service and your comments. Legal basis: performance of the contract and legitimate interest (responding to your enquiry). Retention period: a maximum of 2 years after the last contact, or longer if a contract results from it (statutory tax retention period of 7 years).
- Analytical data (Google Analytics 4): only after your consent via the cookie banner. IP addresses are anonymised. Legal basis: consent. Retention period in Google Analytics: 14 months.
- Technical data: our hosting provider Cloudflare processes IP address and request data for security and delivery of the website (legitimate interest).
Who we share data with
- Web3Forms processes the form submission and forwards it to our mailbox. Web3Forms does not store submissions permanently.
- Google Ireland Ltd. for Google Analytics 4, only after consent.
- Cloudflare Inc. for hosting and security (EU data centres, with contractual safeguards for transfers).
We do not sell data and do not share it with other parties unless required by law.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and transfer your data. Consent you have given can be withdrawn at any time via the cookie settings in the footer. Send your request to info@gtexclusive.com; we respond within 30 days. Complaints can be lodged with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Security
The website is delivered exclusively over HTTPS. Form data is transmitted encrypted. Access to the mailbox is limited to staff who handle the enquiry.
